I have been using slacker since around 10 years. The app is rapidly falling apart and nobody cares about fixing it. I am told that premium is available if I complain. The Favorites station only plays classic rock music and has almost no favorite songs. Custom stations and songs that I have marked as favorites disappeared. App went through two names changes, and seems to be acting well. But, it is not something I will live with. Is this only with Dash Radio? Similar issue for all versions of the app. Then go back to my desktop and choose it again. To get the Dash station to play, I must first start another Playlist or standard station. It also has a tendency to start with an error connection. The Dash stations are a long-established addition, and they can be repetitive. The music/stations are great, but the app has never been smooth. This was my last chance to purchase junk music services.įor years, I hung in the bar with lazy people. After enduring obtrusive visual advertisements on my desktop, I downgraded to Plus. Mobile Offline did not work for me for one year but I still enjoyed being able to access the content on my own schedule. It was an incredible service that I paid premium for for many years. If someone could help, I'd give it 5 stars! I can connect it to my car Bluetooth and it will play the song, but then I turn it off to go to a shop, and it won't reconnect. The best radio experience! This radio app is so great! It has so many new songs, unlike Spotify or YouTube. Therefore, I will start looking for new music subscriptions. Now they have imposed a limit of one screen so that I cannot leave the music playing for my birds while listening to it on the move. The overall quality of the service has fallen as the song list shrinks and each update introduces stability problems. This is the last paid subscription I have had for many years. I must stop casting it and start it again to make it play the next song. However, I cannot get the Weekly Alternative Countdown song to play on my Chromecast Music. It doesn't matter if this is a Chromecast or LiveOne issue. Update: This only happens if my Google Nest Hub displays what's currently playing on my Chromecast via its media tab. It is possible that I will have to cancel my services once again.

After leaving slacker, I went to Amazon Music (less than six months) and found that I can only log in to one device and cannot find the song ?!!. I hear the song exactly the way that I want it to be heard. I don't care how many logged into the site or what their status is. Over 10 years, I've been with Slacker and have had no problems with premium services.
